Speaking of Bobby Hebert, it was just a years ago when Hebert set the record straight with fans on his Monday night radio show about Carl Smith's supposed mind-numbing play-calling... (It was Jim Mora and not Carl Smith who was responsible because Mora didn't have trust, confidence in the Saints offense) Akiem Hicks was another casualty in the purge when transitioning from Rob Ryan to Dennis Allen - so there's a helluva story out there for a Saints beat writer about these departures... |
