The Cincinnati Bengals have interest in interviewing New Orleans Saints linebackers coach Mike Nolan for their open defensive coordinator position, per a report from Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated. Cincinnati previously considered meeting with Saints defensive coordinator Dennis Allen for the opening, but Allen elected to re-sign with New Orleans instead.

This is way more likely than Dennis Allen. Please don’t do it Mike!

We all knew it was coming. The turnaround on the Saints defense has Nolan's finger prints all over it.

Wouldn't surprise me if he eventually secures the job in Cincy. I hope he doesn't but I'll understand.

Allen had an awful run as a head coach, so a healthy 3 yr deal with a contender as DC makes sense. Another good year and he'll be up for HC jobs though

I would be thrilled to see this.
