this is a discussion within the Website Support Forum Community Forum; What are the acceptable avatar formats? I've tried bmp files, but the site says that it is an "invalid format". Any suggestions?...

Try
BMP may be not on the list and I'll have to check on that.
Wasn't I going to help you with your avatar? I can't remember. Life and the lack of love and happiness has been an overwhelming joy lately. Also my weight has increased. Anyway, try .gif or .png. They are more compressed and you can get more bang for your buck. Again, email it to me if you need my help. |

I completely understand don't worry about it. You've been more than a little occupied getting the site up and running and keeping it looking and running great. I'll try one of those two file types.
