Insomnia

Many people all over the world suffer from this terrible issue insomnia. I for one am one of those people. Are there any other members on here that have this problem? I find that my mind cannot wind down at night and there are constant things running through my brain all night long. I've had to go drastic and start taking Ambien. It works a little bit but I can take a pill and still stay up on it; as I am doing right now All I want to do is have a good night sleep so I can feel normal the next day. Can anyone help me?

I can't offer help but I too suffer from this very problem. I don’t know if it’s just me but the problem has only gotten worse as I have gotten older. I have tried just about everything I have ever read on the subject ranging from doing strenuous exercise to drinking warm milk, and nothing seams to bring me any relief.
Best of luck to you in finding relief from this issue and pleas if you figure something out, let me know how you did it.

Turn the lights down a couple of hours before bed. Turn the computer off well before bed time.Get some Melatonin from the drug store. It is a sleep hormone produced by the brain. I also like to use a "noise machine" to cover the back ground noise. Sleep tight.
