Before this season started, i had no idea how i'd feel without Deuce running on the field or reading his name in the roster, i don't know if i can really see the reality of it.
I know players come and go, but it seems as though this one player has grown on me, i have a couple of his Jersey's that i grasp during gameday, i wear one of the RB's Jersey's on Thursday and Friday and Drew Brees Jersey on Gameday, it's just my ritual, not being able to support Deuce has been kinda heart breaking,...

At 10:30am BlackandGold.com broke the story that the New Orleans Saints have signed long time Saints runningback Deuce McAllister a day before the NFC Divisional Playoff game against the Arizona Cardinals.

The signing is a huge boost in morale to all Saints fans as Deuce was not resigned for the 2009 season but remained a fan favorite.
