Players' pasts dotted with minor offenses By Steve Ellis TALLAHASSEE DEMOCRAT STAFF WRITER Fred Rouse arrived on the Florida State campus with plenty of promise. He leaves after just seven months without showing much more than a glimpse of the talent that made him a Parade All-American at Lincoln. He and Cornelius Lewis, a freshman offensive guard, were kicked off the team on Friday.
