I'm a UNC fan so I was happy to see those Tigers win that one. Those boys can play some defense! They even threw a Saints line in there... something about their O-Line, I don't remember exactly

All day at work the guys said Duke was going to win, I didn't say much except that the Tigers had a good chance to win, dame I wish I wasn't off tomorrow so I could get back at them, anyway, what a big win for the Tigers, I'm happy for Brady, he coached well tonight, the players, well, they played their hearts out and they were the better team tonight.

spkb thanks...I know how bad you wanted Duke to win but it was just the night for the Tigers to win, our D played well keeping Redick in check, he only had 11 points, if some one would have told me that he would have just the 11 points I would have thought they were crazy.
The downside to the Tigers is we don't really have a ball handler on the team it seems, but if their D is persistent we have a chance to win again, If Texas is who we will play in the next round will make me a little worried but will worry about that later, I'm just going to enjoy this win, the LSU players won't get much sleep tonight just thinking about knocking off a very good Duke team off.

Yessssssssss!!!!! Now I can rub it in to a co-worker tomorrow. He's a Duke fan, and I'm an LSU fan. I should have made a nice bet with him on that one to have to do something really stupid at work.

I just hated to see how Redick left. I am not a Duke nor LSU fan, but for all he has done, I hated it. That Thomas guy did really well.

Ha spkb I told you that LSU's athleticism down low might be too much for Duke. They are a great team but have no real good athletes except for Shelden Williams, who was obviously targeted to be their go-to guy tonight. It was always going to come down to how the outside game would work for them. I don't think anyone expected JJ Redick to be shut down like that though. When Duke was up by 5 I thought it was about to be another typical Duke run, but we stuck in there and weathered the storm. I think Texas is the only thing in our way from a national championship. We've already proven we can hang with UConn.

spkb..I agree, Thomas was solid tonight, hopefully he'll take some of this game with him to the next round, as for Davis he's my favorite on the team, great player with a lot of class on and off the court.

O, I give it up to them. LSU played really good. I just hate he left with only 11 points. I'd have rather him left wth 30 some or more. LSU busted alot of brackets though.

Well u know how passionate we LSU fans are. He got hired in what '98 or something and people wanted to see something sooner or later. Winning gets rid of a lot of bad blood. People even got on Saban before things got rolling at LSU. It's because we demand the best!

The men play around 3:00-4:00 on Saturday, not sure on the exact time but it's somewhere around that time.
Texas will be ready to play so the Tigers need to be too which I know they will.

What a win! It was due time for us to get the great payback on Duke. Anybody else remember that early '90's team with Shaq, Chris Jackson, & Stanley Roberts that lost to Duke when Laettner hit that lucky a** hail mary shot to win it. I just knew that was our year & I've hated Duke ever since.

i was really hoping LSU and WVU would make it, but i guess i cant have them all. as young as the team is LSU should be in good shape the next few years.

If we don't lose "Big Baby" & Tyrus Thomas to the NBA draft. :?

Some are saying Thomas will enter the draft but if so I think he's making a mistake, he needs more exp. on the collage level before moving on, same goes for Davis, besides, if they both stay the Tigers will really look good next season.

I would love to see them stay (being the die-hard Tiger fan I am), but our track record shows that star basketball players don't stay very long at LSU (Shaq, Stromile Swift, & Brandon Bass).
