LSU's offense actually much improved after bye week

It was a shock but the LSU game was probably the most enjoyable to watch this season.

Les Miles and Gary Crowton actually made some wholesale changes and the offense was fire at will.

Thought the commentators on TV were dead right - Dr. Jerry Punch "it's like they are cranking around the field, then the offense gets to complicated and stalls" - he's right.

Regardless, cudos to Les Miles and LSU from a competitive game and 1000% improved offense. LSU's defense is actually VERY good - amazing what a ne d coordinator and a year later can do.

The competition notwithstanding, it was indeed a pleasant improvement. It the improvements continue, it is not inconceivable they could avenge the Florida loss in the SEC title game and gain a berth in the championship game.

I totally agree with you Smash. Also, I think they fact they lost to Florida early and EVERYONE has pretty much counted them out makes them that much more dangerous.

All I hear is "wait till the Florida/Bama SEC Championship" and I'm not convinced. If Bama plays like they did Saturday and LSU continues this path, LSU is a serious threat.

Bama has QB problems, as in the guy lost his mojo. I really believe Tebow has become marginal. They have been eeeeking it out week after week for a while now. Tebow= 2 pick 6's against MSU. How long does the concussion theory go on for. He's a good QB, but their chemistry is off.
