Re: B&G Heisman Award
Suh should win it, his season was off the charts at defensive tackle. Ingrim will probably win it since he's the player from the #1 team in the country and they normally win. I'll be pulling for Gerhart but I'm sure the East Coast Sports Bias will keep that from happening

Re: B&G Heisman Award
I really hope Toby Gerhart wins for two reasons. First of course because I think he is a phenomenal football player and because he had a great season.
Second it would be good because he is white. Just as it has been hard for black players to get a shot at playing QB its hard for a white kid to get a chance to play a skill position. Even in pop warner football kid gets divided into "black positions" and "white positions". Personally I don't believe that the colour of your skin has anything to do with how you would perfor at a certain position in football. I do think however that Toby Gerhart could be a great inspiration for young white kids who wants to play a skill position but only hears that they're not good enough because they are black. |
W.T. Sherman is my favorite General. After all he did order Atlanta to be burned to the ground.

No clear winner this year. Spiller is the best player though.

Re: B&G Heisman Award
Mark Ingram hands down. He was the offense when his team needed it and could have beat Florida by himself. I would vote for Toby because he was the most important player on their team but the end result is not good enough IMO.
