Ur absolutly RIGHT... If they investigated every single college there is & looked hard enough, then they would without a doubt, find some sort of VIOLATION or VIOLATIONS... Bottom line... It is wut it is & thats that.

It went on in the PAST, it goes on NOW, it will TOMORROW & without a doubt it (WILL) continue to happen far more many times in the FUTURE!!!
