I don't understand, Lee never had the job. Lee should be the starting QB at LSU and Jefferson should be used to mix it up at times. For me it's a no brainer, for Gary Crotard it's apparently impossible to comprehend.
First freaking time they let the guy (Lee) play the WHOLE drive into the 10 yard line without substituting Jefferson and what does Lee do? He was freaking calm and threw Joe Montana style pass. Jefferson looks like a deer in headlights. If they would have put Jefferson in on that last drive within the 10 yard line, LSU would have lost, run out of time and/or Jefferson would NEVER make that pass Lee threw. PERIOD. |

You are right on the money Halo. I too think Lee should be getting most of the snaps with Jefferson coming in in certain situations. The only time Jefferson looks good throwing the ball is when he rolls out of the pocket. He is almost always on the mark in that situation. But when he takes a 4 or 5 step drop, stops and starts looking down field to throw I hold my breath.
