LSU suspends two players indefinitely Updated Aug 26, 2011 12:53 PM ET LSU starting quarterback Jordan Jefferson and linebacker Josh Johns were suspended indefinitely Friday after turning themselves in to police on charges resulting from a bar fight. The arrest warrants were issued Friday morning on felony charges of second-degree battery, and the players agreed to immediately turn themselves in to police headquarters. The charges stem from a fight last Friday outside a bar in Baton Rouge, La. "Jordan and Josh have been suspended indefinitely," head coach Les Miles said in a statement released by the school. Disappointed for Jefferson but at the same time, excited for Lee.
Un-LEE-ash the beast! He's matured a great deal since his freshman year and got an unfair shake since. I think he's ready. I can guarantee you Rueben Randle is licking his chops. |
I think LSU needs to rethink ytheir QB Scouting. If the Guy can Run and scramble but can't throw accuratly and is low in the IQ department maybe you shouldn't recruit them.
