Where is the NCAA?

I could see that. The PU football palyers are vicitms in that they will be penalized if, lets say, NCAA does the right thing and now thing which is cancel PU's football program until further notice.

the NCAA is a joke. Just look at the cam newton thing last year. Come on guys and gals do you seriously think they'll do anything?
