NCAA may be toothless in Penn State scandal
this is a discussion within the College Community Forum; The university should fire everyone even remotely involved. The DA should file charges, to whatever degree, against everyone involved. But, unlike what usually happens, the innocent students, players, and coaches should not be punished....
