CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman announced that if junior DB Tyrann Mathieu "became ineligible because of a third failed drug test, he will not be able to play this year at another NCAA school."

I hate it for the team, but at least they did the right thing.

He has thrown away a great college career and maybe even a Heisman. I really hope kids out there see what this guy has done to himself; just because he wanted to smoke dope.

And no, I don't want to hear how pot is harmless either. It just cost another kid his chance to be forever know as a great college football player.

He will now be know as a dumbass and will be forgotten.
