I'm usually as sickened by money-hungry lawsuits as the next guy, but I think the victims have a strong case here. The Sandusky trial already exposed that Penn State officials actively tried to cover this up, and that is fundamentally wrong. There seems to be plenty of guilt to go around.

They brought these issues on themselves.The victims before the college/Paterno knew are bad enough but those abused after have a hell of a case against everyone involved.
A man/college you trusted/made millions for on the field did nothing to stop a disgusting predator from abusing you/your teammates. |
