Monday, Dec. 31, ESPN, 7:30 p.m. LSU vs. Clemson 12. Playing Chicken Only the Mad Hatter would have a conflict of interest involving fried chicken. LSU coach Les Miles has an endorsement deal with Raising Cane’s, a chicken finger joint that opened in Baton Rouge in 1996 that has since expanded to 17 states nationwide.
