LSU hopes to keep Super Bowl streak alive in New Orleans

LSU fans may have four different choices on who they want to win next month's Super Bowl in New Orleans, but there's a streak at stake for them to consider. There has been at least one former Tiger on each of the past 11 Super Bowl champions, a streak dating to the 2002 game.

Of the four remaining teams, only Baltimore does not have a former Tiger on its roster. New England is led by running back Stevan Ridley, while Atlanta starting center Todd McClure wore purple and gold and San Francisco defensive back Curtis Taylor is another former Tiger.

Here's a look at former LSU players who were Super Bowl champions and below that a list of Tigers who have played in the game:
