Oregon Ducks, The Foo Foo Drink of College Football
 

Is it just me or was Oregon the worst #2 team in the history of college football? They barely beat Wash St. by a TD, a team that lost to Rutgers and Nevada. And then tonight they lose to an UNRANKED Arizona team AT HOME. Yes, Arizona is undefeated, but we're talking about the cupcake of all cupcake schedules so far for Arizona.

So I'm calling it now...Oregon has been, still is, and will continue to be the most overrated team in college football ever. And I doubt they will even fall out of the Top 10, though, and will probably still get a 1st place vote or two with this loss to the Arizona Cupcake Killas.

It is certainly good to see the King of that conference of fluffy marsh-mellows on the Left Coast lose. Hope Stanford wins that conference running away...they are the only real football team from that side of the country anyways.

It was a HIGHLY overrated team getting exposed at home against an unranked opponent.

Then it was me going on a hydrocodone-fueled rant about that silly little college football conference on the west coast. Kinda like drunk-dialing, except I wasn't professing my undying love to a girl I couldn't stand in high school some 20 years after the fact.

And, yes, I have a prescription...unfortunately.

Pulling for Miss. St. now that the SEC west is starting to shape up a bit. They would cream any team out west.

Well, then, welcome aboard & RATTLE that COWBELL! We got a tough one next weekend against Auburn. Auburn looks otherworldly at home, but this is in Stark-Vegas. We gotta learn how to play 60 freakin' minutes, though, and our kicker(s) are freakin' horrible. But we got DAK.

Whoooaa... Still an LSU fan. But it's nice to see a team from Mississippi do well. It can't always be Bama or LSU or Auburn :bng:.

My bad, dude. Didn't realize you were already SEC-affiliated. LSU will be back very soon...they're just very young but extremely talented. Les Miles has a way of making all football games last 65-70 minutes somehow, and he has been doing it forever, it seems.

Mississippi is a state divided right now. We've been fortunate to have been able to keep a lot of our in-state talent signed between Ole Piss and Miss State is the last few years and it is now showing. But State is also managing to snag a few from LA, GA, and AL, the same as Ole Piss.

And if anyone has problems picking between who to root for between State & Ole Piss, ask yourself this question: Would you rather root for farmers & rednecks (State) or lawyers & rich kids (Ole Piss)? And at least State hasn't had to change it's mascot in recent decades, either.
