LSU getting Perriloux???

I think we are both hoping and hedging a lot of bets on guys who haven\'t played, but with the talent we are supposed to have it\'s still exciting. Wasn\'t Lionel Turner a senior also? Do we have a new MLB? Isn\'t #95 Kyle something or another a senior also? They we need a replacement for Spears as well.

www.rivals.com ... I usually go there to check on the type of talent we have and haven\'t seen yet. Check out there recruiting class last year and the year before that. Saban left with a lot of talent on the roster. It\'s just will they produce without him. We have a whole new staff and I\'m afraid our defensive scheme will play more zone. I loved our blitz happy defense and I hope it doesn\'t change.

Yea I\'m a big fan off young talent. I enjoy watching them turn into better players. It shows how good coaches are and motivated the kids are. Having a strong foundation starting from the top will show on the field. Skip Bertman leads our athletic program and I believe that\'s as strong as you can get. We\'ll be fine... Miles is Bertman approved as was Saban.

I am not doubting we will be fine, but just seems to be a lot of new guys having to step in, which in a way is good for a new coach, but also bad cause these new young players have to learn a new scheme now.

Russell has an absolute CANNON for an arm and looks as if he throws with very little effort.
He throws one of the hardest balls in NCAA right now. If he would just learn to put a little touch on some of those passes, which he did demonstrate during the final game against Iowa, this kid will be extremely fun to watch and progress. I had about given up on him until they played Iowa, and he definately showed me something.

Hopefully he carries that into the off-season, and next year. Halo said he has looked much improved.
