Re: Leonard Fournette

He's got the best O-line in front of him that LSU has had in years.

Yes, he's a freak of nature stud and worth a top 10 pick, but give that O-line some credit too.

Everyone does give the line credit. Every good back needs a good line aswell. But not every back can do what he can. Few have ever had a skill set near his.

LSU has had a lot of great offensive lines, and this is one of them, but Fournette might break the school rushing record by close to a thousand yards. I just want to enjoy it while he's here. He'll be gone after next season and it's highly unlikely the Saints would be able to get him.

As a fan, both of my teams have had some really good running backs, but none were transcendent. Deuce came the closest with the Saints.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.

Though it's likely some of both the LSU O line has to be given considerable credit because it's amazing how often he is coming through the line or turning the corner untouched.
I recently read that every back on the team is averaging over 5 yds per carry. Of course Fournette is averaging like 8 or 9 per carry. The line is great. The WRs are fast, tall and athletic and Harris has a Cannon and can run a little too. LSU beats Ohio State in the title game this year. Go Tigers!
