Also, is it my imagination or does LSU's offense look like they are playing a completely different game than all the bowl teams I've watched this year. In comparison, today's televised games seem to be in slow motion. One of the best quotes I've heard came from Kirby Smart following the SEC championship game, when he said “I’ve been in this league for a long time, and I don’t know if I’ve seen the combination of things they’ve got,...” |

Two years ago, lots of folks (including your's truly) were saying all LSU needed was a QB and a Pro Set offense with all the WR prospects LSU turns out 'cause no one is running on 'Bama successfully...
Coach O's strength is that he's no so proud as some coaches where he's trying to prove how smart he is, just do what works; and even he could see the obvious... LSU is now running a super-charged offense by taking the naturally progressive course of action, and beating some good teams because of it... |
