Arena Football League games will air on NFL Network in 2010 (Will/Should N.OVooDoo return?)

The Arena Football League is back in 2010 and has entered into a new telecast partnership with NFL Network, it was announced Thursday.

The AFL will premiere its 2010 regular season on NFL Network with a live, primetime game telecast Friday, April 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Weekly featured AFL "Game of the Week" telecasts are scheduled for Friday nights in primetime throughout the AFL's 18-game regular season.

AFL playoff games between the top four teams in each of the National and American conferences will be played in August, culminating with the 2010 ArenaBowl Championship game on NFL Network on the weekend of Aug. 20-23.

All AFL games on NFL Network will be telecast in high definition and feature specialized in-game audio techniques that capture the fast-paced intensity that is the hallmark of the AFL's "50-Yard Indoor War."

Since Voodoo was one of AFL's highest attended Franchises, and the team was damn good and just a few players away from a Championship should Tom Benson or Rita be tapped to return this club back to us?
I personally loved going to the games, whenever i was in New Orleans i'd look for something to do and since i prefer Football over Basketball the easy choice was to go watch Voodoo over the Hornets (even though i cheer for the Hornets) im not a die hard fan of em..
New Orleans i believe was also benefiting highly from these games especially from the Championships that was being awarded to the Arena.

I know a lot of you don't like the sport because it's not as contact as NFL, but i like it mostly because it's fan-friendly, kids EAT IT UP!, The players-to-fans interaction is second to none in anything and it's just really a lil somethin extra to enjoy while your in town..

I think somebody close to the team should definitely get into talks with the Benson's or at least talk to a Millionaire that is willing to pick the team up.. They're plenty of wealthy people in New Orleans, hell Brad Pitt might be able to do it even? Or how about the CEO of FreePort Mcmoran?, what about the Coplands family? or just get everybody in the Vieux carre together and they can flip the bill for em.
