US Census initial findings to be released today

this is a discussion within the Everything Else Community Forum; Haven't checked to see if they're online anywhere yet, but it shouldn't be too long. projections have NY and IL losing 1 seat each, and TX gaining two... bad news for the Democrats. Interested to see if LA can hold ...

US Census initial findings to be released today

Haven't checked to see if they're online anywhere yet, but it shouldn't be too long. projections have NY and IL losing 1 seat each, and TX gaining two... bad news for the Democrats.

Interested to see if LA can hold on to our 7.

Ok just checked... results to be released at 11 Est... live webcast at 2010 Census

south grew the most...

nevada most growth... michigan, puerto rico decline...

louisiana.. 1.5 growth... texas 20.6

12 seats shift... gaining az fl ga nv sc tx ut wa losing il ia la... damn it.


We lost a seat.

I think it's amazing Louisiana had growth after Katrina.
