He got my message of no roof and replied back asking for half. This guy is so bluffing. He's already visited the house 4-5 times with all kinds of family members..aunts,grandma, daddy .That right there says he's he's emotionally attached and all he has to to is go on truila and see I've had over 300 hits in a 5 weeks.

Those are postitive closing signs. You need to do what's called a "take away close". Always keep your realtor insecure about the sale. Never let her know your real feelings.
