Anybody doing the Natchitoches Meat Pie Festival?

Wow, what a perfect weekend. Natchitoches, New Orleans, and Anahuac TX. 3 of my favorite American cities, all in one weekend.

Anahuac is GatorFest this weekend. We're going to see Wayne Toups friday night (rocking my Saints gear). (I went to the Royal Purple Speedway, Baytown TX in the spring and saw about 200 people wearing Saints stuff, 2 or 3 in Texans gear, and exactly ONE cowboy fan.)

Natchitoches-- havent been in a long time. Doing the Meat Pie Festival
Saturday evening. Hope to see some of our Ark-La-Tex-Dats. Guess what colors I'm wearing?

Gators, meat pies, & hurricanes all in the same weekend. Then home in the Dome to watch the Saints kick the Bears a$$.

Anyway, if you know something I should see in Natchitoches, give me a shout.

Color me jealous SM. Much to like about living in California, but it sure ain't home. Eat a meat pie or three (or more) fer a brutha, rite?

This is the biggest free festival in the state.
