Cajun food in PA
As some of you know, I recently moved to PA. Found out Paul Prudhomme has a place about 20 min from me so we tried it out. Awesome. The waiter even told me how to make their salad dressing. It's just Ranch with hot sauce. The wife loved it so I had to ask.

Couldn't see the cooks but let me tell ya, it was darn good and authentic. It's been there since the 90's. Scrathing my head on how it has survived in that little town and what it's even doing there in the first place but I ain't complaining. I want to go back soon and get the blackened poboy.
