IDK what it'll do for football, but the poached fish recipe in the article is dead on ... the freshwater drum up here are called 'sheephead' and nobody keeps 'em ... I didn't either until an old chinese woman fishing off a dock told me how to cook 'em like that ... true story.

Yep, they definitely are 'fighters' ..... every once in awhile I have a 'sheephead/carp' day where I go out looking for the really big ones ..... I wonder if ol' Zoey Deschanel fishes? ..... she looks like she's the type ..... might have to ask her out on the boat sometime .....
