Phoebe Cates made a splash in "Fast Times" when she emerged from a swimming pool in her iconic red bikini. In the '80s, Cates was a huge star, but she hasn't appeared in a film since 2001's "The Anniversary Party." Cates's decision to dial back on the acting was hers -- in the years since, she's dedicated her time to raising the children she shares with husband Kevin Klein. In 2006, Cates opened a boutique in New York City.
