It is so wrong. What is happening to this American businesses.
I remember my first plane ride when I was in the 3rd grade. National Airlines in about 1974. You got dressed up in Sunday clothes. It is nice. People were smoking and drinking. People were nice. The food was good. I remember taking a plane in the mid 1980's to mid 1990's. Good snack food. Causal dress. No smoking. So-so people. Now, no snack. No smoking. Peopole dressed like their the cleaning the house clothes. Tight seats and , even though I have not taken a plane ride in years, the person in front of me always reclines that chair back. I never recline. With seats being so close, making setas smaller, more rows of seats and those people reclining their seats, gosh. |

Every time we fly, I find myself asking my wife "can you believe we're PAYING them to treat us this way???" The whole miserable flying experience offends my common sense. |
