... and then I saw an interesting stat in the paper today ... of all the teams in the NHL, the top valued six teams are all members of the Original Six - Toronto, Montreal, Boston, New York Rangers, Chicago & Detroit ... not necessarily in that order, but Toronto is #1 and Detroit is #6. If the league imploded, I wouldn't really miss any teams except these ... well, maybe the Flyers & the Islanders, but not too many after that,
