I think the writers are keeping Michonne around to kill either Merle or the Governor at some point. She's like the aloof gunfighter in the old spaghetti westerns that the villagers find wounded out in the desert, is nursed backed to health & then saves the village from the bad guys ... yeah, that's the ticket,

Who were those two walkers she had on the chains when she was first introduced anyway? I remember her saying she had known them before they were walkers, but I don't remember ever finding out how she knew them. Anyone?
