"The father of suspected Boston Marathon bomber called on his son today to give up peacefully, but warned the U.S. that if his son is killed "all hell will break loose."

Unless, we're allowed to interrogate him "roughly" to sell out his accomplices.
Gee, I wonder if the folks of Boston would approve of some good old fashioned "enhanced interrogation" techniques now?

Bomb squad has robots going in to check for traps etc.

What happens to him between now and his court date is entirely up to him.

He is in a backyard presently in a boat refusing to come out.
