He could be but I saw the interview and he was pretty clear and repeated him self a few times.
"We have not had amy one in custody"

The initial reports were that the person was in the hospital and has burns. A suicide bomber wouldn't have been in a hospital, and one would assume the guy on the remote button was further than 10 feet away, so the burned part didn't make sense to me.

My first thought was, well then who does?
