Calamine works well. Also, be careful with whatever clothing you were wearing and bedding. You can wash it but it's like an oil, it won't disipate for a while so you may have minor relapses from wearing it or from your bedding.
Sucks bro, I'm highly allergic to it. Sumac is even worse. That's why I always wear long sleaves outside and pants in the yard. Learned the hard way a couple of times. |

just leave it alone and don't scratch it is the most important part. clean it often. those yuppie creams might help but i've never really used them so i'm not sure.
i don't really get poison ivy. guess i'm fortunate in that regard. |
