Telegrams no more. Stop. India to send world's last message July 14

this is a discussion within the Everything Else Community Forum; They should keep it around for backup ... just in case. Same for rotary phones. If everyone's using the same protocols/system for messaging, what happens when it all goes down? No one communicates. I wonder if the Navy considered that ...
