Happy National Fried Chicken Day!

Fried Chicken and Collard Greens. Why are some blacks offended by what some consider a racial stereotype? Man if I was on death row that would be on a very short list of last meals for me.

I challenge anyone to name a better tasting meal (health concerns aside).

Top 5...

Steak and Potato, preferably a Ribeye, medium rare.
Fried Chicken and Greens (take your pick).
Pork Chops and Mashed Potatos (or Macaroni & Cheese).
Cheeseburger and fries, preferably crinkle cut.
Fried Shrimp and fries.

And...

Man I may have to expand it to a top 10.

I would have to add pork chops, either fried or smothered, with collared greens, candied yams, and jiffy corn bread, with a big glass of sweet iced tea!!
