She's calling into a call center. I can't believe my fellow Americans waste so much energy getting ticked off with a poor call center agent.
If you call a national branded service like Progressive and you don't like the service you're getting, SIMPLY HANG UP THE PHONE! When you call back, I can guarantee you that you WILL NOT get the same rep. Call back and if the next rep mentions you got cut off, make it sound like they hung up on you! No way will the new rep be able to listen to a tape recording or evaluate what is going on. |

I have had State Farm for 20 years. When I call my agent a real person answers that knows me, if I need to make a claim, they come to my house, when i bought a new house he came to just visit, I have never had one issue with SF.
I actually called my agent to tell him I had received a ticket to see what my rates would do and this is how the conversation went. "Matt, i got a ticket, how much will my rates go up?" "Shane you have been with us so long that you could get 3 tickets and your rates wouldn't go up." "Thanks Matt, that is probably a piece of information that you shouldn't have shared with me." We laughed together... |
