Raw Oysters
Was living on the East Coast but now back on the Gulf Coast. The East Coast had a lot of oyster dives, good, but their oysters were tiny. They bragged about varieties but again, they were small and expensive. I did notice the different taste which I liked but would not trade them for
gulf coast oysters. I don't even care for the horse radish sauce, I can just eat them plain with a few good beers. My wife can't stand them, something about textures which I honestly never understood. She has eaten some fried and barbecued but to me that ruins the flavor. |
