One slip of the shoe and their pool becomes a hot tub. Soon to be nominees for the Darwin Award, I'd say.

If it is in northern Europe the power would shut of right away. They might get a quick shock but should be all right.

See, that's the problem with the world. We keep protecting fools from themselves. These guys will probably live long lives, leaving the world with future generations of fools.

Or maybe the pool is filled with distilled water, which doesn't conduct electricity....unless someone takes a pee. Either way, I don't trust safety systems or swim buddies that much.
