Stock Market Today

Big week for earnings, but today was unreal:
Chipotle up 70 to 650, Herbalife up 25%, ISRG up 40 after the bell
Apple and Microsoft were supposed to be the big announcements, but they barely moved

I smell another bubble about to burst.

Its gonna crash, and this time it'll crash hard.

I recently read a report that calculated today's unemployment and inflation rates based upon criteria used in 1980, before all the statistical gerrymandering started. Both numbers are well over 10%.

So, much of the increase in value of the market over the last five years is nothing more than CPI adjustments in the price to stock. Most stocks have not increased in real value. The US dollar has decreased in value.

That said, a crash is coming....no doubt. If you can't raise the standard of living of the poor, lower the standard of living of the wealthy. Just another form of income redistribution.

So, I invest in metals. You know, lead to protect my family and home.
