Dusty Rhodes, wrestling legend, passes away at 69
I never got to see The American Dream in person, but he will always be one of my favorite wrestlers!
R.I.P. On Thursday, WWE confirmed that legendary wrestler Dusty Rhodes had passed away at the age of 69. The company gave no details about the nature of his death. Rhodes, real name Virgil Runnels, appeared on WWE programming as recently as April and worked with young talent in the company's developmental system in Florida. Guess he'll be giving 'em the ol' 'bionic elbow' in heaven now ... (my personal favorite wrestling move because it translates so easily & practically into everyday life, :)).

Proof that a fat guy can be a success in wrestling as long as he has personality and charisma. And he had that like few others.
