Hawaiian Saints
I coach my school's academic team and also travel now and then to work as a moderator at national events. I was lucky enough to be picked for an Olympiad in Honolulu, all expenses paid.
I am writing a research assignment for the participants on famous Hawaiians and learned that in addition to Kikaha, Max Unger was also born in Hawaii. Also, ex-Saints Olin Kreutz and Chris Naeole were born there. We have drafted 3-4 scrubs from Univ of Hawaii as well. Michael Hoomanawanui is of Hawaiian descent, but is from Illinois.
