Re: First Ever Saints Game (advice)
For the best view, Loge, Secs. 309-315 (between the 20yd lines), but these are scarce, expensive, especially when an old division rival like the Rams come to town...
Not generally a very raucous group, mostly corporate with traveling secretaries, but they can still be friendly, but for your first time, if you can afford, I'd consider it... End Zone seats in secs 126, 127, 129, 130, 154, 155, 101, or 102 can get you up-close for a possible score, and those folks are pretty energized... But the overall game view in end zones is poor except for those scoring opportunities in your end zone... Best value seats are in the 500 sections (had season tickets there at one time), though it's in the lower Terrace, it still offers a great view... The Terrace gets pretty loud, lots of fun; try to get seats near either end of an aisle, some folks can be real jerks (visitors) when you need a restroom break... Unlike college et al, I like sitting on the Visitors side facing the Saints and if you like to be a part of the 12th man effort, you're on top of the Visitors (Rams)... Also you're exit is Champion's Square; plus, you're facing the Press Box - you could find yourself on broadcast or Dome Cam which can make your retelling memorable... Hope that helps - Have a Great Time - Post if you need dining, lodging, or other suggestions... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
