need advice

ppr league ..I have Matt ryan and Cj spiller...I also have Lamar Miller (been a bust for me so far) this dude in my league wants to trade Joe Flacco and Demarco Murray to me for Ryan and Spiller...

Im thinking im weak at RB, miller and spiller have been putting up zero points for me, I could use an upgrade getting rid of spiller (fred Jackson is getting most of the carries in Buff) and adding Murray, but losing Ryan to get Flacco...does that make the trade worth it

I'd keep Spiller and Ryan... you are selling low on both.

I would rather have Murray over Spiller, but I'd also rather Ryan over Flacco. Just keep who you've got.

If your in dire need of a RB potentially look towards Bolden/J.Franklin but neither of those are #1 RBS. I would keep Ryan especially because they are having to throw more than not since SJax is out.
