Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
Just wanted to post an update to my fellow WhoDat fantasy footballers regarding my free cheat sheet application. I added quite a few new features this year and Drew is still gracing the banner in all of his glory.
The concept of the site is pretty simple: you drag & drop players around an interactive cheat sheet to create your customized player rankings. Then, there are various printing options whenever you're ready to head to your draft. My ultimate goal is to create an application where the users create and manage their own fantasy football content and rankings, something similar to what Stack Overflow currently does for developers. But for now, there is quite a bit of useful information jammed into each cheat sheet, the idea being you can create educated rankings without having to scour the web for information or bother with annoying spreadsheets. Here is a link to the main cheat sheet creation interface: Create a Custom Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet Would love to hear some feedback from you guys or any ideas you may have for improvement. |

Re: Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
Looks good man... I'd use it especially if I had a live draft going on.
I've noticed the past few years a lot of people have started doing more auction drafts. It might be a good idea to set one up with auction values as well. |

Re: Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
Thanks man. Auction values are definitely on the to-do list. Calculating those values isn't as straight-forward as one may think, but I've got a couple formulas worth exploring.
Actually, my thinking lately is that it may make more sense to calculate each user's personalized auction values based on their own rankings. Although having some standardized auction values to compare against would be useful. |

Re: Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
That's interesting. I would love to see how that comes out and how much deviation their values would be when compared to a standard list.
Way too much math and thinking for me haha. Good luck! |

Re: Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
One more thing, you know what would separate this from the rest, with all the space you still have to insert information, list their final 4 opponents for the season... basically listing their fantasy playoff schedule. I can't remember seeing another cheat sheet with it. That said, I don't typically look at many either.

Re: Fantasy Football Cheat Sheets
That's not a bad idea. That could easily be implemented as a popup information, similar to how I display each player's stats from the previous year. Thanks papz.
