Re: Homers
I have one fantasy team. I have Ginn, Saints D, Lutz and Kmara. I just offered #2 QB in the league so far Alex Smith for Drew Brees. No dice. I then offered Kareem Hunt #1 in the league RB for Ingram. No dice. Oh well. Ive started the Saints D every week except vs the Pats. Pretty WhoDat of me if I do say so. Im surely the biggest homer on this forum. Im about to pick up Hooman. I think he played a big part in Ingram going off.

Re: Homers
I'm only in three leagues this year. We had a great IDP league we'd had going since 2001 that folded this season.
League one: Brees, Ingram, Cam Jordan League two: Brees, Lattimore, Vacarro, Morestead League three - 14 team legacy league, 34 keepers, 50 active roster plus five taxi squad and five IR slots: Kamara, Brandon Coleman, Tommylee Lewis, A.J. Klein, P.J. Williams, Nick Fairley (IR) |

Re: Homers
I only have one team. I don't see the point in having more. You're not gonna have all the same guys on each team, which means you'll inevitably be playing against your own players. As for Saints players on my team, I only have Kamara. I treat my fantasy draft as much like a real life draft as I can. I don't take guys for name value or because they play for my favorite team. I try to get the most value out of every single pick.

Re: Homers
One team. Michael Thomas and Kamara. I got MT off the waiver wire last year and Kamara for $1 this year.

Re: Homers

Drafted Thomas #1, with the 14th pick. happy to have him, but numbers aren't there Have had Ginn off and on, bc my league does return yards Picked up the D the morning of the Lions game bc I was in town- 3 TD's That afternoon was at a bar and traded David Carr and Funchess to the guy who lost Rodgers. Re: Homers
So my RBs in my CBS League are Mark Ingram, Carlos Hyde, Demarco Murray, Alvin Kamara, and Dion Lewis...
If I'm such a homer, why did I leave Kamara on the bench in favor of Hyde... Wish Frisco would trade Hyde to the Eagles already... |

Re: Homers
In my friends league, I've got Micheal Thomas, Alvin Kamara, Willie Snead, Will Lutz and the Saints defense. And I don't allow falcons on my team.

Re: Homers
Well, short of a rare trade where I'm pretty much an outsider in my CBS league (nearly all team managers are from SoCal), looks like I'm gonna totally homer at RB and starting RB1 Ingram, RB2 Kamara the rest of the way as my other RBs are Carlos Hyde, Demarco Murray, Dion Lewis...
