Yeah, not the kind of guy to say, "I told you so", but that goalie's name is "Gustavsson" and he's our backup, just for future reference, . After seeing Kronwall carried off the ice on a stretcher, I guess the rivalry is still there, I blame it (the rivalry, not the hit) on Roy, . Clean hit though, Mcleod caught Kronwall turning and it's usually Kronwall delivering those anyway. I'll be disappointed if there's any further disciplinary action by the NHL ... it'll mean their following the NFL's lead on 'player safety'.

The rivalry is revived by Roy for sure. (I'll never forget the time he made a good save against the Redwings in the playoffs, put his glove in the air to show off and dropped the puck in the goal.)

It was a clean hit but it looked really bad. McLeod isn't known for being dirty so I hope that the NHL keeps that in perspective when reviewing it.

I'm just happy to see the Avs are playing well again. It's been a while.
