Hopefully Bradley plays better and we get some pressure on their replacements on the back line.
You called that one ... Bradley coulda' been a hero but winds up looking like a bit of a goat,
. Oh well, going in to group play, the consensus was a win-tie-tie would be enough to advance, so they played to expectations (I suppose), but I am a little disappointed in the tie after it appeared they were gonna' win it.
Why he didn't just "clear the puck"/kick it downfield/to the sideline, I don't understand,. Especially in a game where there's no penalty for sending it the length of the field on any given play, as far as I know.
They're gonna' need a good showing vs Germany and their best player (Klose) intending to break the World Cup scoring record in that game,
Klose-I'll-set-World-Cup-record ... could get a little ugly & out-of-hand.
