Re: Parole denied for the 9th time for John Lennon's killer
Im not debating life means life but if it was Joe Smith he killed he'd probably be out by now. Is it right that the status of the person killed lengthens the sentence. As i say i have no issue of life meaning life

Re: Parole denied for the 9th time for John Lennon's killer
As i said its not that i have a problem with that (i do in some cases, not straight murder though) im asking that as that isnt the law should the persons fame make a difference.
By what i mean above about not all cases. I mean along the lines of a woman who's suffered abuse fights back and kills said abuser, two drunks in a street fight and somebody hits their head etc. But straight up murder teah life should be life. |

Yet other murderers are frequently granted parole after less than 10 years.
Is he really any different than any other murderer? |
